I had a terrible experience ordering from here. It seems that the restaurant doesn’t actually exist. There’s no phone number to reach out for help. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Bento Sushi franchises at all. There are three locations listed, but none of them have contact numbers, and they don’t seem to actually be real!
The experience was terrible. This place is not a legitimate restaurant, despite what Grubhub claims. I placed an order and got charged, but the food never arrived. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from the Bento Sushi franchise.
