Ordered online, given a pick up time of 1:01. At 1:02 I confirmed my arrival and received an affirmative response. At 12:35 I finally got someone on the phone and they then brought my cold food that should have been hot. Poor, poor service
Slow service and often hard to find a clean table. Not McAlister's standard for sure.
All the lettuce in the salad I ordered was soggy and brown. Pretty disappointing. Check your order before you leave!
Short staffed. Rude employees. Dirty tables. Mis-managed. It took 8 min to be recognized at the counter to order. Very poor experience, with new options opening very close by.
