As the road south of the market begins uphill, there is an inconspicuous load at the corner w/ one youta yellow flag. the noodles are made in the house, can dry or with suppee. the owner speaks Chinese, thai, and has created a small card with some English on it to help me find it. it can be diabolical hard to find dumplings without meat in them, so I hope that the vegans can overlook my joy to find a place that traditional i leek roasted w/ a small dipping bowl like china does.
