Room sizes are okay .. But not clean , not that well maintained.. good eateries are available near by. .

I was first assigned to room 104. However, there was a problem with the Wi-Fi network and the Wi-Fi was not available. I asked for improvement a few times, but they couldn 't solve the problem, and I ended up asking for a room exchange. I was swapped to room 204 the next morning after a long struggle over Wi-Fi issues. However, they gave me a problem room again this time. (1) The phone in the room was broken and had to go down to call the lobby. (2) The power cord was broken except for one and had to rely on only one port. (3) The bathroom was not clean. Furthermore, when I tried to touch the sink by hand to the staff, he was very freaked out. They provided customers with dirty toilets that even employees couldn 't touch. (4) But, manager was reading the newspaper in the lobby and didn 't try to solve the problem. (5) The manager said, room was changed from 104 to 204, but why are you protesting? . This is just only changed from problem room to another problem room. I 'm exhausted after spending all my energy for two days because of the hotel. I don 't want to use this hotel anymore because of the manager. I am writing to remind myself that this place should not be used again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Supreme in Madurai with my family, but unfortunately, our experience was not entirely positive. We were assigned room number 411, but the door lock was not functioning properly. Despite informing the hotel staff, they were unable to provide us with a new room, which made us feel uneasy throughout our stay. In addition to the faulty door lock, we were disappointed to find that there was no restaurant on the premises, which made it difficult for us to find a place to eat within the hotel. Furthermore, the land phone in our room was not working, which made it difficult for us to contact the hotel staff when we needed assistance. While the rest of the room was satisfactory in terms of neatness and cleanliness, the overall state of the property was outdated and in need of some renovations. The front side of the building looked unkempt and unappealing, with street dogs sleeping around, giving it a pig pit-like appearance. The room boy and security guards were good, but unfortunately, the receptionist treated us poorly, making us feel like beggars. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Supreme in Madurai was marred by several issues, including the faulty door lock, lack of restaurant, outdated property, and poor receptionist behavior. We hope that the hotel management takes steps to address these issues so that future guests can enjoy a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Rooms are big but zero maintenance. No gezer hot water will be supplied on request in buckets. No water bottle kept in room. Faraway from temple. Not worth for money spend for room Tariff

Its very costly. Waited nearly 25 minutes for getting the room, though it was booked over phone and paid advance too. There is NO complimentary breakfast. In their page, its mentioned as breakfast is free. Not budget friendly hotel. Outside look is not at all appealing. Roof top and normal restaurant...all closed. Reception person was not friendly. In total, don't go to this hotel.
