The first taste made it clear that the guacamole was entirely salty. I had to return it. Not very good. I further ordered the Lubina which was delicious and very fresh. The (miniature) side salad just consisted of a few leaves of green lettuce (own cost probably 0.30 cents), and was over salted. That was the second item on my order which was over salted. The second side dish of potatoes (mini as well) was served cold! Waiter was not well trained and forgot pretty much everything what I asked for. No plate for the bread but they didn’t forget to charge me Euros 4.00 for the bread. Table was left unclean full of breadcrumbs even though the brought the fish main course. The host didn’t seem to care to much about my comments and simply walked away. This place is overrated and they are not very professional. Expensive what it is!!!!!
Service was in attentive right off the bat. The manager finally came to take our order. He did not explain the menu to us at all and was pushing us to order more than we wanted. Water glasses were not refilled and neither will we offered more wine. Food came out extremely slowly. When 2 1/2 hours had passed we got up to leave, having not received our fish entrées. Manager was insistent that we pay for those entrées anyway, it was a long unpleasant experience to get out from under those two charges. The food we did get was OK at best. I would not ever recommend this location for dinner in Madrid.
Very nice settings. Impressive menu and what seems like excellent products. However the use of the products was uninspiring and the service amateurish and sometimes plane bad. For the price one can do much better.
