No comíamos en este restaurante desde antes de la pandemia, pero salimos hoy con la misma sensación que tuvimos en aquel momento. La comida es buena y bien elaborada, pero lo que les diferencia con otros locales es el excelente servicio que dan al cliente. En una ciudad como Madrid, con más de 10.000 locales gastronómicos, que este restaurante lleve años con las mejores valoraciones, no puede ser casualidad. !!Enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo!!
Comenzamos con una atención impecable por parte de Lidia y sus colegas. Nos explicaron todos los platos y nos ayudaron a elegir, superando cualquier obstáculo. La comida era lo que hoy se conoce como fusión, pero yo la llamaría creativa, con base en lo que siempre hemos comido. Salimos muy satisfechos y a precios razonables.
