The Human Bean - Madras

Amazing job Everytime I go here. I always ask for them to surprise me. A lot of place give you blank stares and bombard you with questions. They never do and always give something I love ? they also greet you with smile and hello thank you and your welcome. Which is hard to come by.

Do not go here. Terrible experience. Made my drink wrong twice so finally I just left and ended up paying for a drink I didn’t even get. It was a very simple order: blended mocha. Save yourself the stop and don’t come to this location.

Visited the human bean location in madras. Waited for 5 minutes and both of the girls taking orders were having a great time chatting with the car in front of us. Not working after a few more minutes of them just chatting with the car in front I offered curtesy honk and they weren’t bothered that people were waiting in line: decided to leave and go to coppers coffee instead and the service was excellent fast. Do better human bean, this isn’t social hour on the clock.

Good takeaway coffee. I had to be educated on the difference between a 'wet ' and 'dry ' cappuccino ?

My first experience with this chain- it was super! Extremely nice and accommodating employees- good coffee. Hot breakfast menu is a bit limited without any non-pork options, but it was fine for me today.
