Madras Brewing

Eating beer were both delicious! the fishtacos were so delicious, I would have eaten three more. Mexican stout was the perfect winter beer to enjoy while we saw some other chic sang karaoke. overall there had a very funny experience and hope to come back sometime!

We came after the online order to find that they had not seen our order. After waiting for 20 minutes, we said they had no key items we had ordered, and then waited another 15 minutes to prepare what they had. it seems as though they were perhaps very among staff, although the person who worked the bar and serve was helpful / working hard, we were not satisfied. In total, more employees are needed to run this place smoothly! they should refund some of our order they don't have, so I hope that this still happens as they said it would go back on the map, but it hasn't. a little bit pushed on the experience.

Burger is dry and they do not coordinate well with the delivery service. if it wasn't for the fact that they actually delivered beer, I wouldn't give them stars. they let the food sit for hours instead of making it in time frames where it could be delivered properly.

Clean, easy-going atmosphere with good food. our server really didn't know the menu or cocktails, but must be new, what ended up in order because the manager came with delicious cocktails. total good service. the sandwiches were dead and cheating. we would definitely go back to this facility.

The wife and I stopped by for our first time the other day. We just wanted to grabbed some onion rings and a drink. The rings came to us very hot and crispy with a great dipping sauce, which had a nice kick of spice. So after relaxing in this beautiful environment and enjoying a cocktail we decided to order some more food. I ordered the Cubano and she got the Madras burgers. The burger tasted fresh and was cooked right. The bun was a spot on match to the meat and veggies as well. The Cubano was out of this world. I have not had pork this juicy and flavorful in 15 years. You don't see this level of pork around here. I will be supporting this business from here on out you can bet that. Saying I was still thinking about the pork hours later is no understatement. Bravo to the staff, your pork is truly the most delicious in all of Central Oregon and made me miss home.
