Always clean here so nice to come into clean tables. The ladies are kinda rude . They act like your an inconvenience to them. Anyone on here I would fall over if you told me they are ever happy or say your welcome have a nice that thank you any of the above. Aside from one worker Maria. They are privileged to be working at such a high priced ice cream establishment. They don't need to smile and greet you like they are happy you help them get a pay check every week.
I just went through the drive thru and ordered a blizzard, halfway home I realized there was a huge hole in the side of the cup. My husband called the store and there was apparently no manager or assistant manager to talk to. The worker didn't offer anything to fix the issue other than excuses. So disappointing.
