Ace pizzeria - MADOC

We ordered pizza and took advantage of the special offer of two pizzas for the price of one. The pizza was delicious and even though we didn't dine in, I was impressed with the quality. As someone from Toronto with a lot of pizza options at home, I found this pizza to be excellent. The crust was fantastic and the toppings were generous. It tasted truly homemade and was ready on time. We have eaten at this restaurant before and like the owners. This is honestly some of the best pizza I have ever had.

I ordered an extra large Canadian Pizza online for pick-up. I paid for it when I arrived at the restaurant but, like some other reviewers, I made the mistake of not checking it until I got home. To my disappointment, I realized I was only given a 12-inch pizza, which is more like a medium size. I had a feeling something was off when I picked it up as well, as the person serving me gave off a bad vibe. The pizza had very few toppings and I felt like I was cheated. I'm not sure why this person is treating customers this way, but I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for them to start treating customers better. We all work hard for our money and deserve to be treated fairly, not ripped off.

I typically believe in the adage "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all," but the poor quality of the food at this restaurant compelled me to write a review. My wife's salad was poorly chopped, with old lettuce leaves still visible, and the rice was flavorless while the meat was tough. My liver and onions dish was decent, but the portion size was small. The vegetables appeared to be frozen, not fresh. Additionally, I had to pay an extra $2.00 for gravy with my meal. Considering the prices charged, there are much better restaurants available. It seems that most of their business comes from pizza takeout, as the restaurant was empty during our visit. We also heard an older gentleman in the kitchen frequently clearing his throat and coughing. We will not be returning.

I ordered and x lg pizza and garlic bread with cheese I was quoted 26.95 plus the garlic bread .which their menu says 6.99 I was charged 8.99 I get home and see that I only have a 12 pizza .which is a medium .I called back and asked if they gave me the wrong order .. Short little guy says nope that the what you got .. talk about a rip off !!!! This is the second time I have had a different price charged .1st time I caught before I left the place .. Pizza was at best slightly better than a frozen deliciouso pizzafor 3.99 (which by the way is bigger than I got for 27.00 .. Beware of them check your prices .. Dinno's is a way better pizza ..oh lesson learned I will never go back !

The Boss Man is cool as a cucumber. Good food. Please support this local business. Times have been tough for restaurants yet he is still here and serving the community. I’m going to order some wings now , who is next?
