Shrimpy's Seafood - Madisonville

I have to say it was worth the ride. I told the owner Sandy before she came from her, told me to let her know when we get there, she will bring us some samples of different articles on the menu. Our waitress, that is Renee I think she brought 2 samples each of; Gumbo, Shrimpy's rice, crucible Etouffee, Chowder. Yum. I had fish Jumbo shrimps frog legs with FF Coleslaw, Terri had jumbo shrimp filled crabs. The food is amazing at the end of our meal she brought us a sample of her famous bread pudding, easy to die for. I gotta go. A very cozy, clean, comfortable place on Interstate 45 in Madisonville. Very recommended. I could go over this place for a while, please try it, invite us to go with you if you want.

You have the best seafood ever. Great prices. The owner is the most beautiful, friendly person. Feel welcome. The waitress was just as sweet and a great waitress. We didn't have to ask for something. She always checked us. We will definitely be back. And no matter where you are, it's definitely worth the ride.

Love this place. I get the fried shrimp and fried oysters which are the biggest I have ever gotten. Definitely the freshest seafood I have ever eaten. Prices are very reasonable and the wait staff is excellent and very friendly. Went today and the place was packed but got our food very fast. The bread pudding is heavenly as they advertise.

Our family loves Shrimpy's! We have three generations that drive from out of town to eat there and are beginning to train the fourth. Most of us have the Coconut Shrimp and Shrimpy's Rice every time and of course, the phenomenal Bread Pudding!

We eat there at least once a week on a Friday or Saturday, I love the catfish and my husband likes the coconut shrimp, best to eat it at the restaurant, but we have taken it home but it's not as good as freshly cooked! If you haven't tried it you should, its good, haven't been anywhere else in a long time for seafood!!!!
