ANNNND STRICK NUMBER 3!!!! Found 2 hairs in my lava cakes when I just opened them. ???? It was under the middle piece (they come in 3 now) stuck on the parchment they cook on...... Brandon the assistant manager and Nathan who makes the orders needs to befired ASAP!
During curbside pickup, they paused the timer after two minutes, but I ended up waiting another two minutes longer so they could avoid giving me a free pizza for the delay, despite their promise of timely service. It’s strange how issues seem to arise when the manager is not present. I was told, “I didn’t see your name on the list.” If I have one more negative experience, I might consider switching to Marco's. I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s for years, but the Madisonville location is truly testing my loyalty.
The specialty chicken is delicious, but they don't provide enough in the box.
I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times and it has typically been quite good. However, tonight was a complete disappointment. I spent over $50 on pizzas and they were terrible. There was hardly any cheese on them. When I called to express my concerns, the night manager was extremely rude. I don't intend to give them my business again anytime soon. I hope others have a better experience.
