Wendy's - Madison

That's by far the worst wendys I've ever had. the workers seem to hate you and eating is terrible, my chicken sandwich tasted like gum. I'll never be here again.

We had a pretty big order that I understand can be a lot. but no matter what the order is. the people who work should never be rude. they have deleted one of our friosties from the order and would not give it up again. I forgot a sandwich. they don't get us a stumbling or fork. or sauce. they were very rude about when we had asked and there seemed a last for them to give us the right thing we paid for. When we asked for a stumbling, they gave us 2 (we had 4 drinks) then they slammed the window and did not return. do not recommend this place unless they have a lot of geduld.

This was Monday, 12/27 at 20:30.I was 3rd in agreement with an additional two or three behind me. after a bit, the guy just drove away from me. I went up and waited. At some point I also pulled out of the line and drove the truck to get a better look, and it was empty. there was an abandoned pick-up truck that was literally parked before where they order. when I surrounded the load, I noticed what seemed like a young female worker. she just sat in her car with the door open. it was all very strange.

I'll go through this morning. this is the first time that I was ever at this place in gluckstadt. When I came home and opened one of my hurst bites, I found someone had already taken a bit out of him. I hope this is not the norm for this location or another location. I tried to call and got no answer. I live in flora so that the journey back is a little far. I'm not going back to this place that's safe.

They were a bit slower than the locations in Jackson and Ridgeland, but I think they have an employee shortage so I didn't mind. The food was great (as usual) so it was definitely worth it and I honestly didn't mind to slow down for a couple extra minutes. The employees at the windows were friendly so that's always an A . I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a little food on the road or a job as they are hiring.
