Wendy's - Madison

The food was fresh and the girl at the drive was very sweet.

Everyone who showed up on the loudspeaker went because no one took orders, had waited over 20 minutes and no one took my order, terrible decision to go there to my lunch break, definitely not return.

Timing in the car-duration was in order, my pommes were the tips and ends of the carrots no more than one inch or two, even had a few raw pommes that were cold and not cooked, the double cheeseburger was under boiled and actually red/red on places. Hope the dings are soon better, rather unhappy with my visit in the goodlettsville

Guess I'll leave a review here since they didn't bother giving us a receipt when asked. The crew that was working this evening was incredibly rude to my husband. If they weren't working they were eating on the line or laying on the counter... once it was our turn to receive our to go order the person basically threw it at him which caused the drink to spill everywhere didn't off napkins there were no napkins in the bag all that he could say was my bad as he closed the window... we are frequent guest at Wendy's as it's one of our few select fast food chains we visit. But we will NOT be back at this location

Food was not fresh. Barely warm. And this is on a Friday night. Could've been WAY better
