Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Madison

I went into the situation madison alabama and the service was terrible. I didn't know how late they closed and went into register with my child and the worker said they were closed. they said they closed at seven. I run out not to know when it is, and it's 7 o'clock. how terrible to do with someone, especially. more

I wish there was a zero-star option because I would choose it after the mortifying customer service I saw in this facility. another customer waited for over 15 minutes for 1 smoothie, while 1 worker had a 10 minute conversation with a guest without remembering the waiting customers. finally the other person asked him. more

I have been coming to this tropical smoothie location for a few years now. And just this past week has been the worst service I’ve had since the opening. On Wednesday 07/20/2022 I placed a mobile order at 7:15am and went to pick the order up at 7:25am. When I got there, they’re were closed and no one was in the building even though the hours on the door, google, Facebook, and the mobile app said they opened at 7am. I tried calling the storing and it took over 30 minutes to finally get someone on the phone to try and cancel my order and to get back my money. The employee who answered the phone said that she had just got there and there wasn’t any way she could cancel my order. Instead the employee took down my name so I could come back later in the week to get my smoothie and flatbread. Well come around on Friday(07/22/2022) around lunch time I was finally able to go back to the store to try and to get my order again. But by the time I stood in line and waited for my smoothie and flatbread after it took them 35 minutes to make both of them. Which has been the longest I’ve ever had to wait for them to make anything. I hope management is aware of the situation that their employees aren’t showing up to work on time or they need to fix their hours to open later in the day since they don’t want to come in that early. All I can say is at least they made everything correctly and I hope they can fix their internal issues going on within their business.

I have eaten at a tropical smoothie cafe in Trussville and was very happy with my smoothie there so when I ordered this one I was very upset when I literally received a cup of half blended ice and unbleded oats... My boyfriend had a Chipotle chicken club and it was ok but nothing special. Overall I will not be eating at this tropical smoothie cafe again.

We’ll this was disappointing. I’d previously patronized this place and it was good but this go round was a disaster. The boy behind the check out counter seemed to have a problem serving light skinned customers but had no problems serving dark skinned customers. The girl who made the smoothy over iced it and then filled the cup 2/3s full and dumped the rest in the sink. At $5.50 a cup I expect better. Lastly my wife ordered a quesadilla and it was inedible. Had to drive to another restaurant to get food again.
