Tokyo Sushi - Madison

This may be my favorite sushi spot in all of Madison. The building is a renovated house which has such a cozy ambiance. The staff are SUPER welcoming and provide excellent service, and the sushi is very VERY good for very reasonable prices. We ate the Godzilla, Volcano, Spicy Tuna, Philly, and Alaskan rolls, and the spicy tuna was some of the best I've ever had. It was so flavorful and finished with just the right amount of heat. The volcano roll was also an excellent choice. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Madison area looking for good sushi. A !!!!

By far my favorite sushi restaurant in Madison! The food is high quality and fresh! Presentation and taste is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing and so welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed and very comfortable. I visit almost once a week and I am never disappointed! Prices are very reasonable. Literally anything from the sushi bar is great and the kitchen has great dishes to offer as well. I highly recommend Tokyo Sushi to anyone who is in the mood for a fresh bite to eat! 5 stars in my book????

Absolutely amazing and some of the best sushi and sashimi I?ve had! Fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful, veggies were super crisp and fresh, and the rice cooked perfectly. Service was incredibly friendly, fast and prompt. Next time I?m in Madison I?ll be sure to come back for more. Thank you for your service!

I take my sushi very seriously. 80 percents of Japanese restaurants around Madison are not authentic and honestly sucks. This place was pretty authentic and satisfied my craving for a good sushi. Next to the now disappeared Takara West, I would rate this place as top 3 authentic Japanese restaurant.

The quaint atmosphere, the presentation, and the staff make this a hidden gem on Willy St and a much more authentic experience then I've had in other Madison sushi spots. We had a few rolls, our fav being the salmon avocado and the fatty salmon sashimi which was also a treat. Looking forward to our next visit!
