The Hub - Madison

Limited menu but good food and nice people. Located inside the hotel at the bar.

The hub is a great hotel lobby bar. The bartenders, Jennifer, and I believe Allie, we're wonderful during our stay. The hotel was totally booked for the dairy show and the Michigan game, but it felt like everyone got great service. BTW, the cheeseburger was absolutely delicious. Definitely going to stay at Sheraton Madison next time just so I can chill at The Hub!!!

Typically, I only dine at hotel restaurants when I need something quick, but I ended up eating here several times during my stay. Will, who worked at the bar, was fantastic—attentive, cheerful, and engaging with everyone. He really created a wonderful atmosphere. On my first day, I ordered a burger, and it was juicy, flavorful, and the fries were perfect. Today, I tried the chicken quesadilla, not expecting much, but it blew me away! It was packed with flavor, had a nice kick of spice, and was wonderfully cheesy. I’ll definitely be ordering another one before my trip ends. If you’re staying at the Sheraton in Madison, I highly recommend visiting The Hub and relaxing at the bar for a while. The vibe is great, and the food is delicious. Hats off to the chef!

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, appreciating the peaceful ambiance, friendly and prompt service, and delicious food. The Ultimate Grilled Cheese and truffle fries were fantastic! My husband tried the Smashed Burger and really enjoyed it too.

This is a typical hotel bar and restaurant, which is precisely what I was looking for. My wife and I ordered the steak, which was advertised as 10 ounces but appeared larger when it arrived. It was cooked perfectly, just as we requested, and was quite delicious, along with the side dishes. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to hotel guests.
