Sequoia Ramen Sushi Lounge - Madison

I visited on Monday night, and the place was nearly empty. The dragon roll was alright, but not outstanding. The bartender was decent, and the staff was friendly and enjoyable to chat with.

The service was welcoming and the food was absolutely delightful! We ordered the flaming Volcano (as shown in the picture) and the aburi salmon, which simply melted in my mouth.

As a sushi enthusiast, I was impressed by the food, sake, ambiance, and service. I’ll definitely return when I'm in the area.

I went for a small gathering with friends and they seated us in a beautiful spot! the vibes were really nice and the food was amazing! i’ll definitely be visiting

Great sushi rolls. 1843 and Wisco Heat were our favorites. Gyoza was tasty, too. Skip the pork buns. My fancy cocktail and the Thai iced tea were both really tasty. We had extremely fast service on a Friday night at 6pm, as there was hardly anyone else here. I would like to get back to try some more rolls and the Ramen.
