Pickle Jar - Madison

I just took a bite of the 'Bama Brisket Sandwich and oh my goodness. It is so good! Perfect level of spice, perfectly smoked brisket, pickles, collard greens and pickles. Swooning over this sandwich for real.

I really enjoyed my food here. Definitely try the local hot sauces as well. I got the smoked chicken and collard greens and both were excellent. The only negative I would say is that my friend got a side of coleslaw and while it was excellent on the sandwich, it was somewhat bland as a full side item.

Nobody adds a tasty pickle to a delicioust bbq sandwich like picklejarfoodtruck!

We hired the Pickle Jar for our daughter's graduation party! It was the hit of the party. The food was great; the pickles are fantastic! They were very reliable, provided great service, and were very attentive to our guests. We will definitely use them again!

Awesome awesome Whisky Chili. Friend got the corn bread and it was half a loaf so he shared with me. Incredible!
