Muramoto - Madison

The best Japanese restaurant in Madison! The sushi is consistently excellent (be sure to try the reel), and the non-sushi dishes are just as impressive (the pig bell appetizers were a big hit at our table). I highly recommend this place!

We always enjoy dining at this restaurant. This was our first time booking through OpenTable, but we were disappointed to find that the menu on the website was not up to date. I had picked out a few dishes I wanted to try, only to discover they were not available. One of our favorite aspects of this restaurant is the dessert sampler, which includes a generous selection of five desserts to share for about $15. The desserts were quite good during this visit. The chocolate avocado cake had previously won an Iron Chef challenge, and the spicy tuna roll was, as always, delicious. The Asian mother-in-law dish was fantastic as well, and it comes in a massive portion. While this visit wasn’t our favorite, we are definitely planning to return.

We visited on Sunday for the $30 all-you-can-eat option and discovered a wide variety of choices. We enjoyed everything we ordered and left feeling completely satisfied.

We enjoyed a beautiful sushi dinner to celebrate a birthday. service was very good; selection was good, and eating was delicious. quickly served and was favorable.

As usual, we had a lovely meal at Muramoto. Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere.
