Mayflower Seafood - Madison

We really enjoy visiting this Mayflower location. It feels more like a local hometown restaurant. The portion sizes are generous, and the food is excellent—I especially love their salmon. The service is also top-notch; the staff is always friendly and attentive. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.

Update: Six hours later, my girlfriend and I are feeling nauseous from the food. I'm not sure if it’s food poisoning or if perhaps the oil was burnt. Regardless, it doesn't take away from the fantastic time we had, but it seems that all good things come with a price.

Really good fried shrimp and flounder. Hush puppies and slaw is sweet and delicious.

I love the whitefish plate, so tender and delicious.

The waitress did a fabulous job and she got our order right
