Crescendo Espresso - Madison

Today I went to Crescendo with my daughter and we loved it! I got cappuccino and my daughter got an iced tea. She loved it there, everything was delicious and I recommend you to go there!

Always a lovely experience here! Most recently, I was feeling a latte but wanted to stay away from my usual and the barista recommended one of their seasonal winter lattes which turned out to be 10/10, so good that I got it two days in a row.

The latte I got was good but I was charged $1.00 for an extra cup of water that I asked for for my dog. I’m not sure why I was charged a $1 when there’s water for everyone else. I also wasn’t told that I would be charged until I saw the charge in my email.

We hired Crescendo to cater our wedding reception in Milwaukee and I cannot express enough how happy I am that we did! It added a whole new level for our guests. We were able to customize our menu and include “his and hers” drinks for our guests to try. The drinks were delicious and the service was amazing! My wife and I love Crescendo’s coffee. We haven’t had a single experience when their coffee has been bitter. We often come in and buy cups of coffee and also bags of their espresso to make at home. Every time it’s top quality at such a reasonable price.When we decided on a coffee themed baby shower, we knew we needed to incorporate their coffee into the event. Our dream of having a barista prepare coffee was unfortunately not realized because they had an event, but they were still able to accommodate drip coffee. Cait was great at setting this up for us, and making it stress free. Our guests were blown away by the quality of the coffee, they said it was one of the best coffee they’ve had in a long time. When we had an issue with one of the containers, Justin at the store was super responsive and communicated with Cait to rectify the issue way beyond our expectations.We will certainly continue to enjoy this amazing coffee shop and encourage anyone in the area to try it. It’s one of the best around.
