Chick-fil-a - Madison

In the drive through line and I realized I didn't have my wallet. I apologized at the window and started to drive away. The cashier told me to wait and gave me my food anyway. WOW! There are not many places that would do that! What a wonderful business from top to bottom! Chick Fil-A is a business model that every company should strive to emulate. Thanks for being the company you are!!!

We had a daughter mommy day out and came here for lunch. I used a meal card for me and my daughter, and was treated with just as much respect and courtesy as I am when I am paying cash. The food was great and when my daughter wasn't interested in the picture frame toy in the kids meal, she was able to exchange it for an ice cream cone talk about super score! We love this location!

Just had the harvest grain and kale salad with light balsamic vinaigrette.....I HATE kale, but LOVED this salad! Chick-fil-A you made kale tasty!!!!!

Great food and smiling faces! Other fast foods should take a lesson from Chick-fil-A. Way to go Norman and Danielle.

I brought my children to the Fall festival 2017 and they had a blast. Mr. Robert and the rest of the staff gave exceptional service and exceeded all of my expectations. We will be returning to the next event.
