Applebee's Grill - Madison

The chicken was incredibly tender—one of the best we've had at any restaurant. The steak was cooked perfectly, which is rare for me since I usually prefer my steak rare. As expected with sirloin, it was a bit gristly, but still packed with flavor. The sides were great as well! My only minor issue was that the coleslaw was placed in the same container as the hot food, which meant the outside of the coleslaw cup had to be wiped off. If we didn't live so close, I might have hesitated to eat it due to food safety concerns. We're looking forward to our next meal from this restaurant and hope it will be just as enjoyable, especially since it's such a convenient location for us.

The service was good, but the fries lacked flavor, and the shrimp was overcooked. The ribs were smothered in sauce, while the boneless chicken was quite basic, just covered in a lot of sauce.

The service here is friendly and welcoming! The food is fantastic. I really enjoy dining at my local grill!

My mom and I love this location. We’re always here when we want Applebee’s. The atmosphere is always great and the staff is amazing.

It was a slow servicelsewhere! With customers just slow. The food quality wasn't the best, there were black chunks of potato in the mashed potatoes see photo) and when we brought it to the waiters attention he took it back to the kitchen. when he returned he offered another scoop of the same potatoes, they didn't offer to comp the meal or a discount for the obviously spoiled or subpar food. The burgers were cooked well as was the salmon, but if the mindset of the management at their store is to just shove poor quality food out to the customer what else are they allowing ro happen where you can't see it. We will not return to this restaurant, there are too many around to risk the food poisoning. Save yourself the distress and go eslsewhere! Corporate should visit this store SOON, it's tarnishing the Applebee's imagine.
