Red Lobster Madison Heights

The only problem I had was they don't seating at your appointment time due to them be extremely busy during my selected time for dinner. Our server was not just serving our area but other areas, as well. Overall, it was okay. Just know not to go on a Saturday.

Couldn’t get my table at my reserve time. My food took so long to come out.

I got a call one hour before my reservation saying they were unable to honor it and that I would have to come in to check in and get on the waitlist like everyone else. The wait was close to an hour and a half. Very frustrating to make a reservation and then be notified so close to the reservation time that the reservation would not be honored.

Waitresses are very unprofessional and rude. Late food service, had to to mins to order food and another to get the food. Terrible Restaurant!

I made a reservation online days prior and still had to wait a half hour to be seated.
