Apple Lane Farms. - Madison

Applelane Farms had always been one of my favorite places to get quality ham and sandwiches. I stopped by the Decatur store on 03/18/2023 and ordered a pound of sliced ham. The young lady took my order while an older lady preped and packaged my order . Everything went quick and smooth . The older lady brought my order out to me, I thought it was kind of strange it was in a to go sandwich container instead of the usual tin foil package. When I got home and opened it up, There was not one slice all there was in the container was a pound of ham scraps . I was so very disappointed even thought of going back and returning it to get my money back but since I live in Huntsville and had purchased the ham in Decatur just couldn't justify driving the distance. My wife and I made our sandwiches with the scraps of tasty ham, but from now on I will open the package before leaving the store.

I was just in to grab a sandwich today for lunch and had fantastic service. They were SO fast and efficient and friendly. I wish I had be able to catch the names of the 3 ladies working. GREAT job. They are an asset to your company!!! April 7, 2023

Quiet lunch. It’s a nice little sandwich shop with the ability to order some ham and turkey for the holidays. Think local before buying your holiday ham!

This location cancelled a GrubHub order placed in the middle of the afternoon. At the time I assumed their comment on being out of potatoes was an honest (though poorly managed) supply chain issue. Now I go to the store and find that they say they are out when they don't want to make anymore. Employee says k could have called ahead, but having to call ahead for a standard menu item at a quick service place is ludicrous. Not to mention they have also turned off all signs of being opened well ahead of closing time. All together I think this location doesn't care much for serving their customers.

Went there twice with zero success, they were closed, didn't post new time on web just on the door.
