This was worst experience happened ever they just say it takes 20min for just the food that not even hot and the order will taken after 10 minutes. Worst experience don't ever visit this place.Giving one star coz I can't give 0.

Very nice place is acquired by them, but in last 1 year I have seen the service and quality going down. In our second visit, we didn't get good breakfast. Just the tea was good. They have rooms to stay and very big parking place. In future, they might be serving better and make good use of place that they have. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4

Stopped there for lunch, it was the worst experience. Food was not good and service was pathetic. The person who takes orders is an idiot and behaves badly. It took 20 min to bring salt and 15 min to bring extra roti. We have to finish eating without salt. They sell cheap brand ice creams at higher rate than MRP. No one is there to ensure parking but a guy has come begging when we were leaving. I will not visit it again. It's name written mimicking Hotel Vivera.
