Taco Bell - Macon

This is our Go-to taco bell for it's convenient, though only about every time I have triple check they got my substitution right for beef instead of bark meat than they got 've mess it up more consistent than not. that's what the docked star is for. this last visit they were super proaktiw, even asked at the loudspeaker to check if it is what I wanted and got it right! they gave me an extra drink (danke) and when we came home, there was even an extra grilled chicken burrito for my man (no complain). the one complaining is that in our spicy carrots soft tacos the spicy was missing. seriously, the image shows the only drop of chipotle sauce we found in each tacos. Maybe they ran out? but this sauce is the reason why we love these tacos! as a side. eating is no longer an option here and all orders are taken over by the running gear by or on the app. get the app, it's amazing! they are always really sweet and understand, they just get the order a little marvelous? vegetarian options: lean instead of meat every time! or instead the kartoffels. and fresco for the vegan!

Last night stopped by this place and I must say that everything in my order was correct! this courteous kitchen staff is at the point with the right order and also the bank has very good communication skills and was very beautiful!

Love their new grilled cheese burrito deluxe craving box. I hate them to change them again and again.

If I could rate this Taco Bell a zero I would horrible customer service. The young girl at the window the little itty-bitty tiny girl with the long braids and green hair was extremely rude mocked me and did not know how to operate her register. I have worked cashier jobs in my past and tried to help her understand how to do a split payment and because she didn’t know how to she said they don’t do it. Then when I asked her if I gave her cash could she do the rest on my card she raised the tone in her voice to mock me and shook her head back and forth and was completely belligerent ! Then when it came time to give me my receipt she yanked at it three or four times hard trying to rip it off!!! Really extremely rude!!!! I do know her name isn’t the one on the receipt because I have seen this name several times and this girl is fairly new I have never seen her in drive thru…They need to fire almost the whole staff and rehire people who WANT to work in customer service!!!!!

2 stars just because it's Taco Bell's food, but service from start to finish was atrocious. I'd love to say I'll never be back, but 2am tacos don't happen everywhere.
