The person who created and added the Country Fried Brisket to the menu deserves a Michelin Star. I cannot express enough how amazing it was, a definite 10/10. It was a perfect balance of tenderness and flavor, with the crunchiness from the breading adding an extra layer of goodness. The portion size was generous, and it was priced very reasonably - I would happily pay even more for it. The pork rinds with honey were a unique and delicious starter option. The dry rub on the wings was outstanding, with just the right amount of flavor and smokiness. Our waiter was patient and attentive, providing excellent recommendations. Despite the restaurant being busy on a Friday night, we had no trouble getting seated and our food arrived quicker than expected. The atmosphere was lively, with cool posters on the walls and stylish shirts for sale. My only suggestion would be to swap the rice and gravy side for mashed potatoes, as a personal preference. Overall, a fantastic experience - if I ever find myself in Macon again, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

A close friend accidentally left his wallet on the table at this restaurant. I realized a few hours later and called them right away. They said they had it and would bring it to me at the door. It's great to know that there are still honest people in the world (and in Macon). Also, the food and service were excellent as always! If you haven't tried their Brisket Platter, you're missing out. Thank you to the kind staff at Piedmont for their honesty and great food!

This restaurant has the potential to be good, but falls short. Both the cheese curds and fish were over-fried, resulting in a hard and oily texture. While the inside of the fish was still decent, I had to peel off the burnt crisp. I'm relieved I did, as I believe the excessive oil made me sick. I felt nauseous for the remainder of the day, and I can't even begin to imagine how I would have felt if I had eaten all of it.

Great brunch offerings! Great bar staff. I had the grit bowl which was amazing and huge with the biggest biscuit ever! My fiancé had the biscuits and gravy, he wishes there was more gravy. We had some awesome drinks and beer. We'll be back to try the wings!

Love this brewery! great selection of beer and food. i got the trash can fries and it was more than enough food for two people. they were so delicious! i also got a whatever salad has raisins and blue cheese (the name is escaping me) and it was also really good. the service was wonderful and it was a great, chill environment to be in. great post-work spot!
