Godfather's Pizza Express - Macon

Do not use their website to make an order. It’s pretty much like it never happened. Not the employees fault. Management needs to either stop all website transactions or make it so the workers can complete the orders.

I love this pizza wish they had more restaurants in Georgia so I wouldn't have to drive so far

Customer service was awful.Called in my order and ask for the price. The woman quoted $14.39.When I arrived to pick up my order the price increased to $16.39. When I asked why the change in price the rudeness began. The woman offered no explanation and repeated the price she quoted earlier.No apology, she just stared at me.I highly recommend employee training in customer service.

Impressed.Don’t order online, there seems to be a communication issue with their notifications; however, the employees attitude with the error was priceless. Took less than 15 minutes to prepare my pizza just the way I wanted it.The pizza was fantastic. Perfect crust. Perfect cheese. The oregano on top makes this my favorite pizza in the Hartley Bridge area.
