Chick-fil-a - Macon

What happened to this location?! This used to be the flagship Chick-fil-a in Middle GA; the owner and managers should be ashamed. The staff was not pleasant at all. The tables and floor were absolutely filthy. This would have been a sub parexperience for eating at McDonald?s.

Beautiful new Chick-fil-a with servers who come to your table to take your orders! Wow. And separate entrances for take out and dine in, good drive thru, and plenty of parking. Large dining room, gorgeous inside. Food was perfectly cooked and hot!

The chicken here is fantastic, and the service is quick. They have an impressively organized system that ensures customers are served efficiently and receive the right orders. The dining area is pleasant, with wall-side tables equipped with USB charger outlets, which is a handy feature for travelers. Overall, there's a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The drive-thru experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, unlike anything I've seen before. They got our order correct and made the wait enjoyable.
