Cashman's Pub - Macon

I recently visited Macon for work and decided to try takeout from Cashman’s. I wanted something different from a burger, and I was thrilled to find Cashman’s nearby. Their Reginald's Shrimp and Grits are absolutely incredible — if you're a fan of shrimp and grits, you won't want to miss these! The staff was very friendly and welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I definitely plan to return for a date night with my husband so we can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere together.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I ordered a Philly chicken sandwich along with mixed vegetables. When we arrived, we noticed over a dozen customers waiting for their food, which almost made us leave, but we decided to stay and were pleasantly surprised that the wait was shorter than anticipated. However, my portion sizes were disappointing; there wasn’t even a full small bowl of vegetables (see picture). My sandwich only had a few small pieces of pepper. On the other hand, my friend ordered the fish and chips and absolutely loved it—they looked fantastic. The food was delicious overall, and I plan to return. Next time, I might try the fish and chips or perhaps a burger.

3. Definitely check this place out! It's a lovely pub with a friendly atmosphere and good service. I had the American burger with fries, and I also tried the Cusman's pub drink!

The drinks were excellent. My son ordered the burger with toppings, and while it was well-prepared, it wasn’t particularly juicy. However, the rest of the food was quite enjoyable.
