Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt - Macomb

I can understand that prices sometimes need to be raised. It doesn’t seem right to raise the price 30%, make the cup smaller, AND stop offering hot fudge, Carmel, and marshmallow. As someone who worked with the public for decades I can also say the customer service was lacking also. I’m literally kicking myself for tipping someone that didn’t even greet me OR say thank you. Disappointing

Drove 15 minutes here only to find out they've changed their hours from opening @1 to opening @3. Instead of changing their hours online they decided to leave a note on the door only. What a waste of time.

I absolutely LOVE ORANGE LEAF!! However, I noticed they claim to be open every day from 1 PM to 9 PM, but when we went there at 1:45 PM, they were closed—lights out and everything. I was really craving some frozen yogurt!

I took my daughter here for a special treat. While the flavors were enjoyable and the young women working there were friendly and accommodating, I can only give this place 3 stars. The issue was with the toppings, which were served in small Jell-O shot-style plastic containers that weren’t even filled. My strawberry container had just a handful of tiny diced pieces, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, there were only two topping options: fudge and peanut butter sauce, with no caramel or marshmallow available. To top it off, all the tables were dirty. It wasn’t busy at all, so I expected them to clean up between customers, but that didn’t happen.

Always a great experience. The staff is so friendly and they have done a great job staying stocked up on toppings, despite the challenging times in retail. I like that they do the cup size pricing now. I know exactly how much I’m going to pay. You get a lot of frozen yogurt for the price.
