Mcdonald's - Macomb

Drive thru lady didn't put the lid on right and we got orange juice all over us and she just stared at us and turned around didn't offer to get us napkins. The man that handed us our food about a minute later was nice and gave us a big handful of them

Took 15 minutes to get thru drive thru at 2pm....unacceptable!!

Cold food whilst waiting for almost 10-15 minutes, hash browns weren't even done all the way. Need to get a better manager/crew that knows what they're actually doing.

Priced are significantly higher than our local McDonald's. 2 employees were decorating the restaurant, which looked very nice, but no one helped us at the counter. We did a mobile order, but wanted the new sauce that wasn't on the app. Again, we couldn't get it because no one offered service. Extra pickles was 5 cents (we always order extra pickles, but have never seen a charge for it at other locations). We most definitely did not receive extra pickles. There were only 2. Frustrating experience.

It's a McDonald's. But at 13th n Bdwy I go inside to get my to go order. Always friendly and accommodating.
