I really enjoyed the donuts and ice cream. I just wish there were more food options available. The customer service was excellent, and the place was very clean.

I returned to my car and searched again but still couldn't find it. Eventually, I decided to bring everything back inside—my coffee, the food items, and the napkins. While searching at the counter for proof of my earlier order, I finally found the receipt buried in the napkins. They accepted the return and replaced it with the correct avocado toast with bacon. This whole ordeal took at least five minutes, and there was no apology for the mix-up or the inconvenience. Meanwhile, my sandwich got cold, so I ended up having to toast it in the oven. What could have been resolved in 30 seconds—an apology and a piece of warmed-up bacon—turned into a cumbersome process that took closer to ten minutes. Now I’m using electricity to warm up my sandwich for a $15+ order; I expect much better service. I can't help but think that this insistence on needing a receipt before correcting a minor mistake is a symptom of corporate America’s tendency to nickel and dime customers and make things overly complicated. If this is the case, maybe it's time for me to start making my own breakfast sandwiches.

The customer service was incredibly upbeat. The coffee was prepared exactly as I requested, with plenty of sugar, which is unusual at other places. I'll definitely be coming back!

Staff not so friendly...inside needed some cleaning. Donuts were good. Hash brown bites were soggy and stuck together

Extremely rude service, worker had ice cream in his hand, and we told him politely that it was not our order, so the worker asked what our total was, and we told him we didn?t know, so then we were laughed at and pointed at, and then straws were thrownat us. Never going again. Immature staff.
