The Hook Lakeside Grill - Mackinaw City

We had visited a few days ago and it was pretty good. Checking the line was terrible and somehow confusing. Everyone was stuffed in the tiny lobby or the stairs. It was beautifully decorated and cool. We waited about half an hour or so, maybe 45 minutes. Some groups behind us were told to wait an hour or more. But after we had a place, it was pretty fast and good. Food was amazing. The truffleries and brisketburgers were great. I would definitely go back, but at another time.

The Mussels fra Diavolo are... Well, the only way to describe it is Perfection. As soon as you start the first bite the taste of fresh tomatoes, garlic and onion, flower in your mouth. The texture of the muscle is soft and delicate with the soft undertoning of seafood that carries the marriage of aromas. As you begin to finish a bit of heat begins to appear and balance the sweetness and acid in perfect proportion. It is an experience you need to have to appreciate.

Excellent customer service! I was greeted with nothing but joyful energy. Great atmosphere with super clean bathrooms! Food is amazing and very tasteful! Had the best lobster Mac cheese in my life, the taste was incredible and she put a lot of lobster meat in it. I recommend The Hook Lakeside Grill to any seafood lover!

Loved this place, went there a wait, went to the bar for a drink, sat out a window with bar stools overlooking the bay and the ships . . The view was so beautiful. The bartenders great people. We could sit there and eat if we want. . We did the view was great, service brilliant and the food was great. .
