It's Just Wings - Machesney Park

My fiancé picked up our order shortly after it was placed, but somehow the food was cold when we got it. I can relate to the complaints mentioned in other 1-star reviews, particularly about the overpriced chicken nugget meal.

I had a terrible experience with the chicken wings—they were overcooked, very small, and lacked flavor. I felt cheated after visiting Chili's. I wouldn't recommend it; just stay away!

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The food was very old, tough, and difficult to chew. I won't be coming back.

I placed my order online and drove there for pickup. First time ordering I followed the online directions and pulled in a spot for pickup and the sign said someone would be out to help me. Waited 5 minutes. Called the number and it said.wait there and I 'd receive help help shortly. Another 5 min. and I called again and talked to someone who told me to come in and get it. THIS IS B. S.!!! Ooohhh, and when I got home they were so over cooked it was like chewing leather!!NEVER AGAIN EVER!!!!

Great food, it would be perfect if more sauce was used, get more sauces please
