O'Sheas - MACHANS BEACH

Sadly disappointed, we came for lunch yesterday, it was busy but our meals were disappointing. Our entree came out with our meals, my Crispy Pork Belly Salad with Asian Apple Slaw was nothing like it was described, it wasn’t crispy at all, it was fatty and soggy from the marinade all over it and the Slaw was just packet slaw with Asian dressing. My partner’s battered fish was almost but not quite burnt and my bowl of chips was not cooked long enough to get crisp. Having been there once before and loving everything about the evening, it was just very disappointing.

Great little place that ticks all the boxes drinks, pub meals and a nice vibe. Open 6 days closed Tuesdays but a weekday happy hour 4 5pm

If you haven’t been to O'sheas Restaurant-Bar lately you don’t know what your missing!!! It’s under new ownership and everything about it was spot on! The vibe, the staff, the food, the drinks and view were 100% awesome. Definitely going to be our new go-too venue.

I stumbled upon this delightful pub/restaurant located right by the water at Machans Beach, and what a gem it turned out to be. The staff were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. We sat outside on a beautiful evening and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend stopping by here - you won't be disappointed. Check out my photos to see just how amazing the food was.

The seafood platter is good value! Fresh seafood including oysters, bugs, crabs and prawns as well as fried prawns, scallops and calamari. The portion was very generous- we took 3 takeaway containers home which fed the kids.
