Pizzeria Da Silvano - MACERATA

Family owned restaurant managed with passion for quality and good food. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner with both pizza and meat from the grill that both were superb. Local meat and vegetables from own cultivation made the taste even more appealing. To finish off we had the home made Tiramisu which was to die for. Highly recommended and surprisingly cheap.

The food in this restaurant is good, but never order lamb chops because there is 3% meat on them, it is largely bone. They have crisps which they make in the kitchen and come out hot: they are absolutely first rate.

Da Silvano is one of my favorite restaurants in Macerata. I especially recommend the pasta dishes! They are very tasty, even the vegetarian ones. Every one I tried had a particular spin to it, even if it was a simple dish like Spaghetti alla Carbonara. Try also the wines – the restaurant carries local wines (from the Marche region) which are inexpensive but very good. The owners and staff are very welcoming, too!

Come sempre una garanzia. la bellezza del luogo, lasciato proprio come era una volta, svolgendo il lavoro dei fondatori mamma e papà, da cui il nome del luogo. tipico locale del centro storico, respira aria di storia e tradizioni, nonostante Alice e Francescana abbiano portato al menu un respiro di modernità. che tu ordini carne. o pizza difficile, capire tra i due che è il cavallo di battaglia, vedere la qualità e la varietà di entrambe le scelte. Quando decidi di andare in natura, è perché vuoi una serata tranquilla e tranquilla, proprio come sei a casa. I bravi ragazzi continuano a fare cosi'. A presto.
