Robin Hood - Macclesfield

This charming rural pub is a gem! The staff are incredibly welcoming and even allow dogs inside. The cost per person ranges from £1 to £10, and the service and atmosphere both receive a perfect rating of 5. There is ample parking available, including a free parking lot.

The restaurant was bustling when we visited, but we enjoyed the delicious beer and excellent service. I would rate the service and atmosphere both a 5 out of 5.

The meal at this restaurant was very enjoyable, especially the sausages. The bar staff appeared a bit preoccupied, but the kitchen staff and server were friendly. It was not ideal that the tea was from a vending machine in paper cups, but the cask beer was excellent and well maintained. Overall, it was good value for money in Cheshire. I am looking forward to visiting again. Price per person: £10–20. Food: 4/5. Service: 3/5. Atmosphere: 4/5.

We walked across the fields to the Robin Hood arriving a bit earlier than expected, we had cooked breakfast with a pint excellent. Nice open fire and very friendly, welcoming service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time visiting since the new landlady took over this lovely village pub and wasn't disappointed. The menu is small but with good options, also a children's menu, I had the chicken curry, and my husband had the fish and chips, which was a generous portion, mine had plenty of chicken. Reasonably priced, good atmosphere, lovely landlady, will definitely be repeat customers. Price per person: £40–50
