You have lunch that can be shared for two. Semi-buffet is also available when I left.
A very lively bar with a strong Chinese vibe sit on top of the Starworld hotel, live band on stage belting out Canto/Mando pop. Over looks the old Lisboa if you sit near the windows. Great range of whisky, mainly single malts, all reasonably priced especially for a hotel, Martinis were good too.
General Happy Hour (1 for 1). Nice balcony. Whiskey selection is for a bar like this just normal, not sure why they call it whisky bar.
Happy hour from 5pm-9pm, buy 1 get 1 on drinks $80mop and up. Not bad for a quiet day time drinking!
