I ordered two large pizzas today, and while they were fresh, the delivery person forgot our soda. He mentioned he would return with it, but more than an hour passed without any call or update. I was still waiting for our 2-liter Coke. However, I must say that the delivery person eventually arrived with the soda, and I appreciated the apology. I understand you have many customers and deliveries every day, but I suggest improving your time management for better service.

I ordered my pizza over the phone, and within 15 minutes, it was ready. I picked it up hot and fresh, with no wait at all.

They didn't deliver on time... I received my delivery 2 hours later while I had already forgotten about it

I have had really terrible experiences but other times it has been ok. It's best to call to make an order and then pick it up later. The downside is the wait part.
