Smoothie King - Mableton

I love Smoothie King, but I 'd love to talk to management, or better yet the owner. It seems that every time certain employees are in the store the system is down we can only take online orders. If this had happened once or twice okay, but it seems to be becoming a habit that the system is down. They either need some serious repairs or some employees that actually want to work.

I went in there yesterday with my 4 year old son and ordered a medium smoothie. I asked for the same one in a kids size. The little ratchet girl looked at me and said ? I can?t do dat? and didn?t say anything else. For almost a minute, she just looked at me with a silly smirk on her face. It caught me off guard. Zero customer service. She finally finished taking my order. She was trash. The entire time, the music was playing extremely loud and the songs that were playing were very inappropriate. A lot of cursing and the N word. I?m black and I felt some type of way walking into a business with my child with that type of music playing. There were white customers that walked in with weird looks on their faces. One lady looked at me very disappointed with the stores choice of music. I have never walked in any Smoothie King that was ghetto and ratchet before. It was very disappointing.

This location is terrible. They don't open the store on time. They barely open the store, they put your smoothie on a table in front of the door. The table os blocking your entrance into the location. You can never order with them on the app. The smoothies are never consistent in tatse or thickness. It's like everyone just does what they want. TRASH!

By far the best smoothie king! Quick service, always blended perfect smoothie, and the staff is so pleasant- cool Staff vibe! This location never let?s me down!!!
