Captain D's - Mableton

Customer service in drive thru good. But food was salty, under cooked and I did not receive my extra piece of fish I ordered. This place has gone down due to staff not preparing food at the best quality. I hope upper management do consider to upgrade place, un pleasant looking when arrive. Shrimp had an oder to it. $17 waisted. I could not eat food.

Everything was great from start to finish. The only reason I gave this 3 stars as far as atmosphere is because of the bums outside.

Waisted my money on this dry tasteless food!!!-Drive thru was extremely slow and only one car was ahead of me.-Menu board displayed false information and false advertisement!!!!-Cashier lied about my food cost. I got to the window and the price was more than what she had stated.-Hush puppies were dry and tasted stale.-Corn on the cob and Broccoli were both hard as a brick! They needed to be steamed some more.-Food lacked flavor. I’ve had better Captain Ds!!!

It didn't take long to get our food which arrived at the table piping HOT! The fish was crispy, but the gumbo was seriously lacking. But hey it's a fish joint not famous for gumbo. The okra was fried hard like I like it! Idk what they used to clean the floor with but they need to use something else. The floors were extremely slippery as if something oil based were on them. They need to use a separate mop to mop the dining room floor and bathroom floors.

I enjoy all of the Captain D’s, restaurants I have bought food from, always clean, courteous staff, unlike a lot of fast food places are today.
