WARNING! FRUAD ACTIVITY!Order over the phone for pick up and worker stated for faster service at pick up to pay over the phone. She then repeated my card number loudly I asked her not to say it so loudly, she then tried to say she did it to make sure it was accurate.5min after my order was placed I received a text from my banking institution stating that a purchase was being made to SHEIN for over $700 and was it me. Of course I did not approve and placed a fraud claim and the transaction did not go through! However when I went to get my food the girl who took my order was nervous and was looking at me side eyed. She was with another customer. When I confronted her with what she did with my card number she act like she didn't know what I was referring too, but the minute I mention SHEIN in the amount of $700 she was nervous and stated it wasn't her. She looked and sounded guilty!...BE AWARE of using cards at this establishment they have shady workers!

I ordered 1pc Tilapia and Fries, both were very hard. Strike 1. Then had to pay $0.75 cents extra for lemon Pepper Sauce and Hot Sauce. I received a concoction of their version of hot sauce which taste like a wing sauce, and their version of lemon pepper sauce (butter mixed with seasoning) not a fan at all. Overall 2 stars, quality of food was not good. Customers Service and Cleaniness was 10 stars.

Called ask for 30 piece combo. Which normally comes with large fries and drink. Also paid for to extra blue cheese. Sent the wife and she came back with small fries(same price) no drink. So I call and the guy on the phones say I didn't ask for combo. I'm like I paid for combo and u didn't give me the extra blue cheese or drink. So she goes back, comes home again with 1 blue cheese no drink and celery which I told her to ask for. Called again and he say that he didn't know when she came she was there for me. I visit here weekly and always buy the same thing. So long story short the new guy stole from me and doesn't even care.
