Moke's Bread Breakfast

I Love Moke’s. This restaurant always hits the spot. The Lilikoi pancakes are incredible and a MUST! Also, get the Loco Moco. If you’re going to try it this is definitely the spot to try it cause it’s melt in your mouth delicious.

Probably the best breakfast I've had on island so far. Everything is cooked to absolute perfection and staff are very considerate if you want to specialize.

Service was friendly, but extremely slow. We were a party of four and were seated after people who arrived later than we did, and who were seated at tables for 4. Additionally, people who sat down after we had ordered had their food much sooner than we did. Overall, food was tasty but would not come here again.

I came at 9:15 a.m. on a weekday. Twenty minute wait for a seat and a further forty minute wait for food: bacon, eggs, potatoes--nothing complicated. The menu says a Classic Breakfast is choice of meat, choice of starch, choice of toast, no mention of eggs. Turns out eggs ARE included, but toast is NOT. Hash browns were very dull tho a good-sized portion; 4 strips bacon thoroughly brown and crisp (luckily I like it that way). Coffee was fine and here the menu was wrong in a good way: it says Coffee With One Refill, but waiters came by several times offering to top up my cup, apparently not counting. No a/c, just fresh air, is nice! Staff were pleasant enough, but the food was not worth the wait. It might be worth it if you ordered a dish that gives the cook a chance to do something special.

Food was great. Had the loco moke. Ribeye was cooked well and gravy tastes good, not like prepackaged but homemade.
