Great home, the breads (at least the ones I tasted: seed and sport) are very good. I didn't take advantage of the possibility of lunch on the spot, but given the proposed choice, it feels like it. I also tasted carrot cake... If you like this kind of cake, it's here very successful. The sorrowful spirits will surely oppose the price, higher than the traditional bakery, but the quality is at this price: the bread does not have the glycemic Index of a coca here. And last positive point: I have long feared leaven bread for their acidity. That's not the case here. I imagine the leavens are refreshed regularly for this.

It's simple, when I'm looking for a bakery with quality products I'm going here, I've never been disappointed. Of course, the price is a little higher than in other bakeries, but the quality is largely worth the price, The Viennese are delicious, the super good sandwiches and the Kebab of season is delicious (and yet I am not vegetarian). We feel the quality of the raw materials and products used.

Made of very good quality, flour makes really the difference and bread for example this can be easily preserved. The carrot cake is a slaughter and we make it in the pastries. I go there regularly for a coffee and he works with Dragobert roaster who is of very good quality. Organic products, really top flour, it takes when to say that you have to pay quality. The teams of the shop are very nice both in Vaise and in the 6th. I really recommend.

Nice place. Ingredient rather good, fresh. The chicken sandwich bread didn't convince me so much, I didn't find it suitable for the sandwich (too hard as perfectly fresh). The pizza would deserve to be named whiskey. Excessive prices for quantities. 4,90€ the small slice of pizza, 5.50€ the small sandwich.

The food is nice, if expensive... But I'm happy to pay extra for good quality. One thing that is missing from this place though, is service. The majority of staff are nice enough, but a couple of people who work behind the cash register are so rude and nonchalant that it left me and my colleagues quite shocked. This was not just one experience unfortunately and my colleagues and I are reluctant to return now due to the total lack of service. It's quite shocking because of the message that the place seems to promote. On another note, every time we've been in, the guy making the sandwiches wears his mask under his chin even when walking around the place. Not so appetising! Please please train your staff in the importance of service with a smile, it makes your clients want to come back. For now, we will wait until we don't see a certain girl behind the counter!
