L'Institut - Lyon

We had dinner here and it was wonderful. The staff is so nice and helpful, servers are efficient and the food is delicious. The modern and clean restaurant is busy with both locals and tourists. The restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner and it is well worth a visit while in Lyon.

Nice discovery! this school puts young people in real situation, facing clients. everything was perfect: reception, service, wine and especially dishes. The young students are smiling at our ears. the dishes served are delicious and very well presented. We had a very good time.

My wife and I had organized a Lyon and Burgundy trip for a group of Californian Guests and our dinner at L'Institute was the first of many to come. Everybody enjoyed the quality of the dishes, the attentive service, despite a little nervousness of some of the young crew members and the explanations of the Maître d' about the ingredients of our choices. The Foie Gras prepared with Port and White Wine accompanied by rhubarb and apricot marmalade, the tuna, with fresh herbs and eggplant caviar, the cheese selection by Etienne Boissy to name a few of the many dishes our group had, all tasted delicious. Definitely would come back here.

Fik måske den lækreste forret nogensinde med rejer. Fik lam og oksekød til hovedret som var super. Desert var godt lavet men måske for fyldig (vammel). Sød betjening god til engelsk.
