Haru Sushi - Lyon

At its opening the restaurant offers quality. the second visit, a little later, was very disappointing. Obviously, it did not last, we fell into the classic of the so-called Japanese sushi bar in French, which is only a pale imitation of the original Japanese. damage, we remain in the ordinary of poor quality salmon (and bad fat) and other banals of the genus, all with lots of rice, it is probably more profitable.

The restaurant is small and does not pay for a mine when you pass in front but it is worth a visit! the upper room is comfortable the fish is very fresh, the generous slices of sashimi, the well seasoned rice. salmon onigiri is a pure wonder! only negative point: sushi and maki salmon menu) normally accompanied by a fruit juice and a compote but they were no longer and nothing was proposed to replace.

I came out of curiosity, I'm not going to another Asian restaurant anymore, I recommend the rolls that are amazing!
