Burgundy Lounge - Lyon

First impression is that It is confortable and welcoming. The waiters were attentive without intruding, and spoke English. I had the 5 course menú, which with the appertizers etc. had 9 courses. Every dish was excelente. Excetionally good was the red mullet, artichokes and the...veal. Whilst in Lyon I have eaten in 2 Michelin starred and Burgundy. This was muy most enjoyable meal. It was also the cheapest. This is a must try if You are in Lyon.

Fantastic service and eating. very ethnically diverse staff, including a French somelliera sweet French Vietnamese staff, which deserves special cudos. had foie gras, huh, cheese, chocolate soufflé with burgunder wines. the most important choices were fish, fish, hull and deaf. if they had a calf, it would have been six stars.

Spectacular meal. my partner and I visited burgundy as it was recommended by some of our friends and I am so glad they did! this was one of the best meals I had in a long time. each individual dish was easy to blow good (the potato bread and the suppe were simply amazing). the service was also very nice and they were able to accommodate my diet wars that were somehow. would definitely recommend burgundy if they visit lyon and wish an amazing gastronomic experience.

It's just a question of time before matthieu gets her Michelin star. as someone who visits michelin star restaurants all over the world, this place is a real gem. exceptional kitchen, humble cook (he was kind enough to come by and say to everyone to hallo) and excellent service from the personal. you can't ask for more.

I had lunch here in september 2019. After 3 years of Covid era, I flew here from South Korea to have dinner here. I think everything says. this place is the best.
